Shipping And Delivery

At TheWearRoom, we want to make sure your order arrives quickly, safely, and with complete transparency on shipping costs.

Processing Times:

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.

Shipping Method & Estimated Delivery:

  • We currently offer Standard Shipping only.

  • Estimated delivery timeframe: 7–10 business days for most destinations worldwide.

  • Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the shipping address and customs clearance.

Shipping Rates:

We keep it simple with one global shipping policy:

  • Orders under $79: Flat shipping fee of $5.90

  • Orders $79 and above: Free standard shipping

Tracking Your Order:

  • A tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your package is shipped.

  • If you haven’t received your tracking details within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us at support@thewearroom.com.

Address Accuracy:

  • Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order.

  • If you need to make a change, contact us at support@thewearroom.com within 2 hours of placing your order. After dispatch, we are unable to redirect shipments.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders):

  • All international orders are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means duties, taxes, and customs fees (if applicable in your country) are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Customs delays may occasionally extend delivery times beyond our estimates.

Delays & Issues:

While we work with trusted carriers to ensure timely delivery, delays can sometimes occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier capacity

  • Customs inspections

  • Holiday surges

We will do our best to keep you updated if any unexpected delays arise.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging.

  • If your order is lost in transit, reach out to us and we will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

Returns & Exchanges:

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition with tags attached.
