Refunds:

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges are processed as a return + new order:

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item:

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of delivery at support@thewearroom.com with photos.
